The Little Print Workshop – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, and services provided by The Little Print Workshop. By accepting a quotation, approving a mock-up, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Quotations are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if requirements change.

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until it has been accepted by you.
2. Order Process
Our standard process is as follows:

You submit an enquiry.

We provide a written quotation.

You confirm acceptance of the quotation.
-
You provide your logo/artwork.
-
We produce a mock-up for approval.
-
You confirm approval of the mock-up, sizes, and quantities.

We issue an invoice.
-
Production begins only once full payment has been received.
No work will commence until payment is received in full.
3. Artwork and Intellectual Property
By supplying artwork, logos, or other materials, you confirm that:

You have the right to use and reproduce the artwork.

The artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
The Little Print Workshop accepts no responsibility for unauthorised use of artwork supplied by customers. We reserve the right to refuse any material we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or is otherwise inappropriate.
4. Proof Approval
A mock-up or visual proof will be provided for approval before production.
It is your responsibility to check:

Spelling
-
Design layout
-
Colours
-
Logo placement
-
Sizes and quantities
Once written approval has been received, The Little Print Workshop is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued once artwork, quantities, and sizes have been approved.

Standard payment terms are 30 days.

Production will not begin until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Production Timescales
Estimated production times will be provided at the quotation stage.

Standard orders: timeframe will be advised individually.

Large bulk orders: standard production time is approximately 3 business weeks.
Production timescales begin only once:

Full payment has been received

Final artwork, sizes, and quantities have been confirmed in writing
All timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Urgent or expedited orders may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
7. Returns and Cancellations
All items are custom printed to your specification.

Personalised goods are non-refundable unless faulty.

If goods are defective due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so the issue can be investigated and resolved.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the total value of the order in question.
We shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss

Loss of profits
-
Business interruption
-
Loss arising from customer-approved artwork errors
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
